It's a nice shot. The lens seems to be okay. Decent quality for the price. I'm wondering how the lens performs on a subject with a little more light on it.

Yes with ideal lighting...real bright sunlight it does better but that's very rare. Once you start shooting into the shadows you have to jack the iso way up...like this one at 800.
