The Canon website is has been revamped to 'guess' what Operating System you are using.
It seems the iPads OS is confusing it. Login on your Mac and it will show the files you need.

By the way, an iPad is not a Mac.

I know is not a mac it has an ios for iphones ipods ipads and such. I will try and login with it. Its only wifi not 3g so next hot spot will give it a shot.

I have no problems opening any Canon files on my iPad2. What files can you not open?

Yes but i dont need that. i have the program just need it on my ipad. so i have to go to a wifi hot spot to get the files from Canon website.
