I wish everyone would read this article!
"Girls get a great deal of social sanction for turning themselves into eye candy." And then they are blamed for "tempting" the grown man who should have known better!

Very good article and very sad......

My wife and I raised two very beautiful Girls who are now two very beautiful Women and although this was in another "AGE".... there was never a problem with how they dressed... they dressed as their mother instructed them... In attractive but not sexually attractive clothes.... They were allowed to wear makeup at the age of 14 and that also was monitored by their mother.....

They were not then or now little wall flowers hiding in the shadows... but they knew the limitations on the proper behavior, dress and language... Parents do have a large burden to bear and blame for the way some young (VERY YOUNG AT TIMES) dress and act.

IMHO of course..

Mike

A lot of parents don't give a damn about their kids. They are too busy with their own lives, getting high and someone to spend the night with. Don't blame the kids.

and if that isn't enough, there is very little on TV that sets any kind of a good example.

Interesting reading and quite accurate, in my opinion.
Thank you.

the second strongest human urge has no age boundries, we have to set those. there are men who wish to return to a time when if it had hair on it, it was old enough. they are useing any argument they can come up with.

Our society has failed the female aspect and it is because money can be made off them. That is why we have sex for money, sex slave trade, daily excursions to Bangkok and other similar places for the sole purpose of have sex with children, the selling of girls by their parents in order to eat another day, and on and on. And since the world lives in a male dominated society, it appears that males have made this happen and will have to unmake it. At this point in time, the insane love of money and the demeaning of women in general says that nothing much will be accomplished any time soon.

Excellent reading. Now blame the predictor not the child.

I strongly disagree with you here. It is not about money but something else even darker. I created this link to answer you as not to divert from the OP intent.

Hey wait a minute! Aren't you one of the people who stated that women can do whatever they want with their body? Like kill an unborn child?

Hear,Hear! I agree entirely. Most TV today is an abysmal example of how to live life for our young people. It seems to bring every one down to the lowest common denominator.
Kids very seldom "go off the rails" if they have responsible parents "driving the train" and setting the proper example.
