Here, I was trying to creature the illusion of a warm interior (color) again a cold exterior (black& white). How'ed I do?
I'm a newbie, but I'd say you accomplished it. I like the image, I find it interesting.

You hit the bullseye with this one, i really enjoy it. I love the contrast of interior warmth to exterior blah. from one ken to another i salute you. I would crop the left upper corner sky out and the plants on the outside of the window i would convert to b/w it wouls strengthen the contrast between exterior and interior,

This is beautifully done. Love what you did with the colors. I rather enjoy the window box items in color but Sinatraman is probably right about making them B&W.
I would try a version with the items in the window box in black and white to see if that would portray your intentions without words... The use of a polarizing filter would clear up the reflection in the glass of the window allowing a clearer view into the room, if that was one of your intentions. I like the image and the intentions.
