I honestly cannot remember all the exposure settings. Once I download the photo to the computer, the settings are lost because my computer can't read them.

BUT, I can tell you my method. Please don't get me wrong here, I AM NOT any kind of an expert on this. This is just what usually works for me. The "correct" exposure can be different each night depending on the weather. Start off with a very clear night.

Camera............. Canon T3i
Exposure Mode.... Aperture Priority
Metering Mode.... Spot
ISO.................. 200 (tripod), 1600-3200 (rolled blanket)
White Balance..... Some nights "daylight" is better, but other
nights "cloudy" gives better results.
Lens................. Canon Kit Lens: 75-300mm @ 300mm
Aperture............ f/8

I meter off the center of the moon. This will UNDERexpose the first photo. I then use the EXPOSURE COMPENSATION
to INCREASE the exposure by 1/3 stop for each of the next
four to five exposures. I have never had a fear of making too many exposures.

For me, it's almost impossible to get most of the moon correctly exposed and not have some hot spots. That's why I shoot a bunch and work with the best one.
