HDR images from the local nature preserve...
These are a series of shots I took with my Canon 6d. The lens I used was a Canon 17-40mm L lens. There are about 12 images I used to create each of the HDR'S. I used Photomatix software to combine these images, and all free Photomatix presets found on the internet to process them after they were aligned, deghosted...etc.

Beautiful place; beautiful shots. Looks as if you are having some fun with HDR. The downloads are quite lovely. Thanks for sharing... and keep playing/working at this.
Nice job! Glad to see you were able to avoid the temptation to over-do-it on the HDR as so many do. The last one is a bit dark for my taste, but then again, I don't think you produced these for my taste ;0)
Which web sites did you use for your Photomatix preset?
Jim im not sure exactly, I just googled free presets for photomatix and downloaded them onto my computer :)

Oh man, I wish I was there RIGHT NOW! Gorgeous shots.
LLucas, its a nice place for HDR photography!
Absolutely fantastic set...I am a fan of HDR well done and yes, sometimes even over done. ;-)
Sounds like a lot of work, but worth the effort.
R.G. it is..but with Photomatix its really simple. All the user has to do is load their bracketed photos, then select any ghosting option you would like, maybe remove some noise on the underexposed images, and the program will do it all for you. Some people say HDR imagery doesn't look realistic, but I guess it depends on how you finish up the photo. I can make the ones I do look unrealistic as well, but I don't. Photography is an art, and the person displaying their photos is the artist. They can make their photos however they wish. For me, I tend to make my HDR phtos "pop" with flavor, as you can see with the increased saturation I present.
