I read that they are only born at a rate of 1 in 100,000. We had 3 in my old neighborhood when I lived at home.

He/she is a true albino, note the pink eyes. Great shot. I live in a park with all kinds of trees and all kinds of squirrels but I haven't seen an albino yet

Go to Marionville Missouri if you want to see white squirrels. the town is flooded with them
