30mm or 60mm Sigma DN lens for NEX

I am trying to decide how to spend some extra money and it is on either one of these two lenses for a NEX 5N. The lenses are the Sigma 30mm or 60mm f/2.8 DN; I already have the 16mm from Sony.

I am leaning more towards the 60mm though I don't know if the IQ is as good as what I have seen on the 30mm. I have two other DSLRs so this is not my main camera but I would like to use it more which the 16mm does not let me do. I like the 60mm because it has greater distance from the 16mm giving me more choices. What would be the benefit of either?

Tired of focusing on daylight using the NEX's "peak xxx" (forgot the name) I am looking at having either lens because the "e" mount would provide autofocus which is so needed without a viewfinder. Not interested on the Sony lenses. On the other hand the Sony viewfinder is way to expensive to hang on top of the Sony as a removable strange apparatus on a flimsy connection, making the NEX more cumbersome as a camera, defeating its purpose. Please, do not ask me "what kind of photography". I do from close-ups to 400mm, covering tiny things and landscapes. If you had the NEX with the 16mm, which one would you choose? Thank you....

The new 60mm from sigma looks great on m4/3, so I imagine it would look good on the Nex

Thank you for your opinion, I had ordered before I checked your answer. That kind of thing when one cannot wait. I think the 60mm is the appropriate choice.

Matter settled.

It is true that the electronic viewfinder is expensive. I have one on my NEX-5n and it never comes off. I use this viewfinder 90% of the time and love it.

Yes, you could buy a new small P&S with that money. I may never buy one unless they get discounted. Better use the money on lenses, bags, flashes, etc.

The lens arrived today and these are a few shots I took in P&S mode (NEX 5N) , not much thinking or fiddling around. I did that because I want to use it focusing by itself and shooting P&S mode, for the occasions I can't see the screen because of sunlight reflection.

I have to say, it is not a noiseless lens, it makes some kind of screechy noise when focusing, which surprised me. Small and light like the NEX 5N . Came with a nice sturdy case with an equally sturdy 1" bulky pad on the bottom of the case. Super quality on these. The photos should tell the story and as I get used to it, some more will come.
