This was my very first attempt at night/long exposure photography. I took this a about a year ago. It's kind of a Halloween moody sort of image. C & C welcome.

It's interesting. How did you get the "oval" effect? How long of an exposure? What F stop?

The oval effect is a strong vignette in Lightroom 3. You can do the same thing in Camera Raw or Photoshop.
