Welcome to the Weekend Challenge! Thanks, again, to Georgiann for hosting the Mid-Week Challenge. GG, you did an awesome job, as always!
We are heading into a busy Labor Day Weekend here in the States, and I know many of you will be celebrating with family and friends. Your challenge this weekend will be to share with us your best photos that are straight out of the camera with NO post processing. The ONLY edit allowed is cropping!
Be safe this weekend and enjoy your last bit of summer. Keep Annette (Aleone63) in your thoughts and prayers.

Good Saturday Morning, Everyone! I wanted to go ahead and post the new Challenge calendar for the month of September, along with Georgiann's explanation:
"Ok here is the calendar for next month I took the liberty of changing from 3 days to 2 a week, I will start the first day on monday well really sunday night, it will overlap with Gracies challenge but I don't think she will mind then before it's time to change I will tag someone to start the next letter day that would be wed. night. then that person will tag the next person in a PM to start the next letter day that will be sunday night. If this all goes well then we will run the alphabet out through the next few months, then who knows  "
Thanks, GG & Laskalass! I look forward to seeing you photos! Be safe ~

ATTENTION!! I just wanted to add that although I look forward to seeing some of your unedited photos from this holiday weekend, please know that it is quite o.k. to post unedited photos from your recent archives as well! Those of you from Canada, across the pond and other areas of the world, disregard the fact that we in the states are celebrating our Labor Day holiday.
I see improvement needed in every example I posted. However, I chose those photos that needed minimal post processing. Well, in my humble unprofessional opinion! ;)

Thank you Gracie for a lovely start and interesting challenge. I took the following a couple of days ago with my niece keeping Kelsey and Sadie occupied in the water! I was only supposed to go for a paddle but ended up chest deep fully clothed - Oh the lengths we will go to for that special capture! I have slightly cropped all of them and believe they look better with a bit of post production tweaking ie., colour saturation and a bit of lightening for some shadows but these are how they came out of the camera - I know it's the same old, same old.........but they are happy pics :-)
