Sitting on the patio yesterday evening & this little fella flew in to the bird bath across the backyard. He is about 70 ft away & under big trees so pretty shady. He seemed to enjoy the cool-off - it was 102° here yesterday.

Thanks for your nice comments, Marilyn. He stayed in the bath for about 5 minutes .. dared anything else to try to get him out. I had to refill it when he left cuz it was all but empty. :-D He was a great little entertainer.
