Some portraits I did yesterday, in lunch time. The model this time is a college student, working as an intern at my workplace.

I think you did a great job. I love natural looking portraits like this. Nice relaxed smile from your model. Well done.

Thanks, John and Grand. I'm not used to directing models, just get luck with Vanessa.

I will work with a reflector next time, hope I get better light on her face.

A reflector in this situation is not necessary, or even desirable. What you have here is some really beautiful light created by having the subject under a cover of trees, eliminating the light from above, and causing the light to have direction from camera right. The transition of light from right to left is perfect and a reflector could ruin that transition.
If we were in a studio we would move that light towards the camera to create the desired triangle of light on the cheek furthest from our light source (Rembrandt lighting) making sure both eyes were lit evenly. Using natural light like you have makes it impossible to move the light source . . . so to accomplish the same thing, we move the subject.
In this case you should have the subject turn her head towards camera right until the desired light is seen on the camera left cheek. below is a sample of that desired "triangle of light".

Hope that helps. You have everything needed for beautiful natural light portraiture . . . a beautiful model . . . beautiful light . . . and all that is needed to perfect it all is just a little adjustment to the subject position. Love to see some more!
