What happens when you go to Finder and click on find. Type in title, press enter, then?

When I go to finder and type that exact folder name (all my files) it does not come up! I don't get it?

Like Eyesonly said - go to your search bar and type in stefani - anything that has 'stefani' in the title should come up ..... good luck!

You don't say where you are, but if you live near an Apple store, they probably have a service called the "genius bar". Call & make an appointment. I've never been charged-- but I would check, because it could be a warranty thing?. If you can possibly duplicate this, you should be able to ascertain the file directory....

Go into Finder. Along the left, scroll down to Devices, select your computer (during setup you named the computer or the system gave it a name), now in your search window you can type the name of the folder you cannot find. The reason you cannot find the folder or file name is probably because you are not searching the entire drive.

Is there an Apple Store nearby? Is it a laptop or desktop? Do you have external drives attached?
If it is a laptop and there is an Apple Store nearby, take it there and just ask an associate how to find the file. They always answer questions for people when I am in the Cincinnati store. If there are external hard drives, I have run into trouble finding files there. Have you gone online to Apple.com/support and asked that question. They have a very extensive database and if the question is asked in a way that it understands, it usually has the answer. It sounds like if there are no pictures in that folder, it didn't copy to the folder so it isn't in the computer.

if using the finder doesnt work (but it should)...go back to PS and open recent...hopefully its still there. do a save as, change your folder to some where else.

Try that.

I already did that, but what I would like to know is why I can't find that folder that is in the picture, I've made this mistake before so there are folders floating around on my computer that I can't seem to find.
I have the picture saved again .
