Having trouble in Elements Premiere land...

Dear fellow shutterbugs, I have came across a issue that I need help with in PE premiere 11.
I made a decent movie with short video clips, all was well on that one.
Then I promtly made another one and I thought to live dangerously and dare to click on Themes option... (my bad move)well they did not load, all right I thought, let it be. But as I click on MakeQuickMovie option to proceed I get the Chose Theme window again which is not working as the download for these doesn't work.
Problem:
I cant avoid this Theme from popping up and trying to download. And due to this the Make Quick Movie doesnt work either. It seems that once one clicks on that Theme option it became enabled henceforth. I cant work around it, without some help guys!
Does anyone know how to disable that Theme option from popping up when choosing Make Movie ?
Same problem now persist with slide shows also. The theme selection window comes up and untill I pick a theme it wont proceed which of course is useless as it wont download.
I will never again click on those dowloadeable options again but for now I just want to get rid or that confounded option and proceed with making the movie and burn it..
