We had quite a bit of smoke from all of the fires here in California, I used the smoke to my advantage, and the Blue Moon was Orange instead. This is with my Nikon D90, Nikkor 70 to 300mm lens set at 300mm, electronic remote, f11, iso 160 and shutter at 100 and a tripod. Post processing was done with an unsharp mask filter (amount 150%, radius 1.0 and threshold set at 0). RGB was 0, 1.00 and 218. I took the info I used from 'How to photograph the moon' from shoottokyo.com(thanks, it works wonders!)

Nice shot and good information. I tried to capture it myself. Failed. So I appreciate your success.
