I spent 3 days at Jay Cooke State Park, up by Duluth, MN getting to know my 6D. On the way up there, I was still trying to figure out how to set the aperture in Manual. I got it figure out. Here is some of what I saw.
The second night I spent the night in the hospital having a sliver from a rib bone removed from my throat. Photo 4 is the supper I never got to eat. It may be a little oof because I had sipped a bit of wine at that point. :)
I got back to the campsite at midnight from the emergency room, and was on the trail by 6:30am. I wasn't going to let a little anesthesia the night before ruin my Sunday Morning.

Sunday Morning
Hi Nightski. I was at Jay Cooke last week. I had hoped the river was flowing more and the swinging bridge was fixed. Maybe it will be better in the fall.
Both photos are fabulous!!
Oh, here are your photos :) They are sooooo beautiful. I LOVE ♥ ♥ them all (especially the first one-truly stunning)

Great pictures, it's too bad you had all those troubles. Let's hope your next excursion is a safe one. And I really love your first photo.

You are one tough cookie, Sandy! Photo #1 is stunning. Any chance to upload again with "store original?" Or still having upload/file size issues?

I'm having issues. I think it's the flower contest taking up all the bandwidth. LOL I'm still trying post a couple more.

Great shots Action Girl, Glad to hear your OK. I also ended in hospital a few weeks ago after taking a tumble, torn muscles in my back plus a few other sprains and strains but got the shot and no damage to camera.
