Hi Jerry, I was wondering what a Yongnuo YN662C receiver was so I clicked on your link to find out. I was surprised to see my recently viewed items on the same page!
Now I know what a Yongnuo YN662C is though.

45, I don't know, but I think they only are sold in pairs or multiple pairs. It's the only way I've seen them.
Only the usual sources on eBay.
Check Craigs list, sometimes you get lucky.
