I just purchased a new t3i and 28-135 IS USM lens from certified digital, well purchased last Friday. It has taken me 5 days to get in touch with them, lines are always busy. Finally did and they tell me the camera is on back order and then try to sell me a charger because what they put in with this camera is a 20 minute battery. Their price is low but so they come back around to get more spend, they wanted another $90 for a charger. I canceled the order. Any recommendations on reliable on line dealers. Will never do business with this company again.

I have used B&H and Adorama many times. Both, in New York City....

You can't go wrong with B&H and Adorama. They are both authorized dealers which will protect your warranty. And they NEVER unpack the enclosed accessories and try to resell them back to you.

I have used Cameta Camera and been very happy in fact I just got a new T3i bundle from them.

Gary, I worked for Cameta Camera for 5 years in sales, they do the right thing. We never opened up boxes, prices are right, you can trust them. Their store is in Amityville Long Island, been there for years. Bill the owner is commited to this business. Good luck, Dennis C.

B&H!!!!!!
They rock. Been using them for 10 years. Just bought a Canon 400mm"L". Three weeks later it was on sale for $130 less, they matched it and credited my account.
I've never heard anything negative about them!!

You know, I always try to go through Amazon. That way if the seller which is like a subcontractor. Drags their feet on an issue, Amazon will give you your money back. Usually in one day.
Amazon is a sales broker and backs the sale. But be careful, sometimes it will state that sellers are the responsible parties for warranty work. Then you just move on to the next seller with a high satisfaction rating.

Another thing about B&H. If you do not like something (not something wrong, just don't like it), you have 14 days to return it for a full refund, you just pay shipping.
