In drafting the Constitution they said:

The funders understood that tyranny can only be avoided if no one person or group comes to possess the power to make, enforce, and interpret the law. Even more insightfully, the powers separated by the Constitution are prediposed to remain separate. Of course they forgot the nature of man, and forgot to write " no person which are graduate in school of law or university cannot participate in thoses branch of government as (legislative or executive).
