These were not planned out but I thought they turned out ok especially since they were from my Samsung Galaxy. Haven't been on in awhile because I've been either with this little sweety or ill. Tell me what you think.

I was going to crop this to hopefully take out some of the brightness but the expression was too cute.

In the first photo, the background is a bit blown out; but that is not the point. The child's expression is perfect and takes over the whole shot in my opinion. I like it. The second shot is also very nice. I love the half smile and the eyes. I like them both.

I had to crop the last one because of some blur and now it seems all head (well, it is) :) but I couldn't figure out anything else to do. Any ideas?

I know that cropping is frowned on by some, but as long as an expression is captured, much leeway is my norm. This is my grandson at 2 1/2 yrs.

What a beautiful grandchild. You're priorities are always right when you spend time with your grandchildren. #2 and #4 are ready to frame on your wall. Thanks for sharing.

Have you heard of the program Photoshop . I use Photoshop CS6 like a lot of the professional photographers do to correct photos that are not perfect . Once you learn how , there isn't much you can't fix , except blurred photos. With this program you could enhance the 3rd photo to your liking . Using this program for years now , I can even take black and white photos , old or new , and color them to make them look like they were just taken . It does help that I use to do hand colored portraits . The program isn't cheap , but well worth it if you want to make your photos better. Feel free to ask me any questions

I just realize I meant the 4th photo could be made to look like it was in focus with just a few adjustments using photoshop ,sorry about that

I agree. It's funny the first one is of him blowing a kiss not fussing. These aren't that great but lead up to the expression. The second was just him smiling at Gramma. :D

I'm definitely framing #2. I wanted to a set of the first one and the ones I put later of the kiss. I'm going to have to try again on that at another time. Thank you. I'm trying because his dad is in the airforce and I don't know where they will go next.

Yes, I have photoshop 9 but haven't used it in awhile and I only know how to do a few things on it. I used Picasa so I could put them up faster. I had surgery recently so I'm playing with my photos while recuperating.
