At last I have found a use for the windmills which litter the Irish sea.

We have a problem in the North West of England. There are currently 900 wind mills in the Irish sea,with a further 900 planned. This has become somewhat of a navigational nightmare for both leisure and professional seafarers alike. However I think I may have a solution!
