Hi, everybody. My name is Gojko ("j" is pronounced like "Y") and I'm form Slovenia. I've started my photographing "career" after retirement. For some months I'm following your discussion and your photos without entering the discussion and showing mine. Therefore as an active member I'm new in the company. And it's sad, when you see only others works, without showing yours. Well, you have to begin once. This is a first try. The first picture shows salt fields in Lanzarote, Canary islands, the second one is Ljubljana moor taken from the balloon around 7 a.m., and the third one, how can I avoid it, a portrait of a bird, when one third of the photos on Ugly Hedgehog are the ones with birds.

Thank you all. Even before entering the company I found you a nice and pleasant group, encouraging also the newcomers. That changed me from a viewer to an active member.

I forgot to add: the first two shots were taken by Nikon D 5000, the last one (an eagle) with a brand new Panasonic's bridge camera Lumix fz 200. I needed about half a year to get accustomed to it, but it was worth any minute.
