I looked online for discounts and couldn't find any when ready to purchase. I ended up paying the full $99.99 but the program works great and am happy with the purchase.

I'd say $39 for their Essentials edition is pretty cheap! $99 dollars for the Pro edition isn't too shabby either. This will no doubt be one of the least expensive investments you'll make as a photographer. Don't sweat the few bucks you are trying to save. Sure, get the 15% discount and pull the trigger.
