Hi Smoochie! I'm not into critiquing because there are others on here more qualified then I for that but I do like the 2nd one better, just wonder if the background is a bit too dark. I know your little girl is just adorable in the shot and isn't it so much fun taking pics of little ones!

I love taking pictures of children, and this little girl isn't my daughter but is a family friend and she is as sweet as can be. She is such a character. :) The second picture is a bit dark and I think I may have went overboard on trying to bring out the colors. I though this was a neat idea with the frame. Thanks You for commenting :)

the lack of feet gives the viewer an uneasy feeling. It would have been better to include her feet in the shot inside the frame.
Out of these two posted, I like the first one better.

yes I know but that was my point, she doesn't have any feet just kind of floating in the air. in any case it is only my opinion and doesn't count, it's your photograph.

I understand and am glad you commented on that, i was going for the look of a "painting" but understand it would have been better with her feet showing. :)
