Couldn't that walking stick find something natural to walk on? Sometimes a photographer can't get any cooperation at all!

That is an amazing camera. Although I shoot a Nikon D7100, I've been trying to get my wife to get one of these. No luck, although she loves birds, she hates machines of all types and sizes, except her car. :-D

Hi Buff. I also use a D7100, but where it goes, the SX50 goes. I usually have a WA fitted for landscapes. If I see a critter somewhere, I just grab the SX, zoom, & shoot, rather than fiddle around swapping lenses on the big one. Go on, buy your missus an SX5O & then borrow it. :D :D
