Yes. I've heard nothing but nightmares about them. As soon as you place the order a high pressure sales person calls you and tries to sell upgrades, warranties, move you to a kit that you don't want, etc. If you say no the hang up and the next thing that happens (some times) you are notified by email that your order is on backorder and has been cancelled. If they do send it to you, it may be an open box or grey market item like it was for my friend Jack who also purchased a 7D from them. He got one with a dirty mirror and sensor. Although he couldn't tell the box had been opened, he still had to call them, hassle with an RMA number, ship it back and wait for another one to come.

Buy if from B&H or Adorama. You can't go wrong at either one of those places.

Besides those two, Cameta Camera has always treated me well. Add em to the list.

Cameta Camera is a professional store with very knowledgeable staff. Over the many years I have dealt with them I have never had a problem of any kind .Have purchased everything from P&S,bridge cameras and high end cameras and have not only been satisfied with their products but professionalism as well. No high sales pitch . You can handle any equipment while at the store until you find what suits you or not .

You can't go wrong with B&H or Adorama. If you want to know about any dealer check reseller ratings and you will see the good ones and the bad ones.

In the past two years I have bought equipment from Amazon and Adorama. My experience with both were good. I prefer Amazon as they are easy to deal on returns and do not charge a restocking fee.

B&H never charges a restocking fee and returns are quick and easy.

I have bought new, used and refurbished from B and H, Andorama and Cameta camera and have had nothing but great service from all three. Fellow Hedgehoggers have always steered me to these three places as well and I am thankful for their insight.
