Quiet Pint In The Lismore Bar.

Loc: Glasgow, Scotland.
Popped into the Lismore Bar last week at lunchtime.
These old friends were having a quiet pint and reminiscing on bygone days.
The Lismore is in the Partick area of Glasgow on the North bank of the River Clyde.
The pub is one of a dozen or so that takes part on a whisky trail every now and then, where the bars involved pride themselves on serving a wide selection the best scotch whiskies money can buy.
Each bar offers one of their top quality, very expensive, finest single malt whiskies at rock bottom prices when the whisky trail is on. Patrons are only offered one whisky at the reduced price.
Whisky connoisseurs ( and joe public ) go from bar to bar sampling and comparing the whiskies on offer.
Needless to say, many do not manage to visit more than two or three establishments and generally settle down to spend their hard earned cash in one bar.
Old Friends
Really , really good ... Lighting and composition could not be more perfect and the results tells a great story...

Cheers Jim.
Was in two minds about the composition here.
I liked the stained glass window, so added it to the shot, however I feel it competes with the main event (two gents).
I think many will be reading the same here.
Thanks again Jim √

Sounds like you've got it real good there.
Got a week's hol booked up in October where I be staying pretty close to the ocean, so will probably follow your example and watch the surf roll in while enjoying a cool beer.
Thanks again √
