I do like the posts "with my SX40" or SX50 boats"

Perhaps we should all do that, preface the title with

D7000 shots of a flower, 60D shots of a cat, Aeroplane with my D70

Why I have no idea

Then add if a flash or tripod or monopod or filter was used. ;)

Does it really matter? Most have a tag with what they shoot with.

Unless some feature of a certain camera would make a difference in photo it makes no difference what kind of camera was used. It's the photographer not the camera. - Dave

No need to apologize for using a bridge camera, unless posting a 100% crop...

I imagine someone who doesn't realize that and is looking for a new camera will select one that is used by someone whose photos they admire.
Like in the film days, all the camera buff yuppies had to have a Hasselblad. I used a Mamiya RB 67 and loved it. Much lower in price and a larger format to boot.

Of course the camera can make a difference in the finished product when you take into consideration the MP's, whether full or cropped frame and the lens. But you are certainly correct when you say it's what's behind the camera that really counts.
Peace, Ray.

Would you mean by that, no crop or cropping to fit the PC screen?

Because it's entirely too logical......

You must have too much time on your hands, JR1, to come up with some of your ideas. :D

As a single father working from home and caring for a disabled son, whilst waiting for wedding videos to render and photoshop to process a few hundred shots why not

It's one of the benefits of working one's own hours

I agree with you, JR. It is helpful for the hogger who is interested in either a particular camera or who enjoys looking at pictures of certain things

I love the idea. You can check on what photos were taken with equipment you have. If the shots aren't better than yours then you know you are a better photographer. If the shots are better than IT'S YOU!
