My Uncle Bob was beginning to lose his hearing, so the family talked him into going to the doctor. He met with the doctor and told him that his hearing was getting so bad that he couldn't hear himself fart anymore. The doctor left the exam room for a minute and returned with a bottle of pills. Uncle Bob asked the doctor "will these pills help me hear better"? To which the doctor calmly replied " No, but they will make you fart louder"
