Thanks Linda. Strange how a weed and clumps of grass will grow in the sand. Being inland you must really miss Maine.

I've learned to appreciate the unique beauty of this semi-desert area. Plus, with ospreys, eagles, bighorn sheep, great blue heron rookery, stunning rock formations, views of volcanoes...there's plenty to photograph!

But whole fried clams and lobstah rolls...ah now THAT I miss :)
