Few reports I read....they're not very favorable. Google is your friend.

Check what they charge for accessories (batteries. memory cards, etc.) If the accessory prices look unreasonably high it's usually bad news and probably not a good idea to buy from these people. Check resellerratings.com and look for the bad reviews. I only buy from Adorama and B&H for new and refurbished, KEH for used equipment.

They are a well known bait and switch operator, stay away from bargain dealers, you will be disappointed EVERY time! (And quite often, just plain old ripped off!)

I'm not even going to do a search on this place I never heard of. If they offer a very good, low price, it will either be grey market, or they will wind up charging you more than you would pay elsewhere. Stick with the reliable, big-name companies. There are at least a dozen you can count on.

I'm dealing with them now. Saw a great price on the Nikon 5100. There web page says shipped in one to two days. Three days later I get a call. They want to verify that I did place the order and would like to order a battery, lens. No. I just want the body. Was told it's ready to go. A week later I still don't have a tracking number so I Call. It's on back order. When is it scheduled to come in on July 17th I'm told. I called July 25th still on back order. So here I sit. Good Luck with them.

Yeah, I saw the D5100 "Body Only" for $259. I'm sure it's nothing but the body. They want $90 for the battery and $200 for the charger.

It looks like they're in San Jose, CA - 408 area code.

Then you are one of the few who beat them at their own game.

I think that's why I'm still waiting on the 5100 LOL.... At least they don't charge your card till after it's shipped. although I don't think I'll ever see the body at that price.

You might. It's a good sign that they haven't charged your card. Can I ask what you paid for the D3100?

I think it was $426.00 I'm not sure. Thats why when I saw the D5100 I jumped on it. Sorry, that was for a D3200. Guess I should get to know what bodies I have.

At worst, you won't get anything from them. Or, they might send you the D5100 for the advertised price. At least you don't have any money at risk.

I looked at their site again for the D5100, and they said "Discount Applied in Cart." I clicked on "Add to Cart," and the price was reduced by almost $13.00, to $246.00. That's a good price for a new D5100, if they actually deliver it. I'm not buying one, though.

Likely they are dragging their feet shipping the camera to you because they don't even have it. Chances are, you won't see the camera until they happen to find that model for less than you paid to them. Or they conveniently dissappear and you won't see the camera ever.

Taking money for merchandise one doesn't have but pretends to have is absolutely dishonest - sellers who use that business tactic are best avoided.
