I have windows live poto and nikon I hope that is all i need to get ridd of the date. I think I can make a copy so i can keep the date etc. does that soud good to anyone ?

Download Picasa from Google, it is FREE and has a tool to work on this and with practice you should be able to do a nice job of getting rid of the date and other items you want to eliminate.

I might suggest using a spell checker. Your question has a lot of spelling errors and that makes deciphering exactly what the question is a little bit difficult.

Everybody needs to get off the spelling kick. It is unseemly. Not everyone can be an editor or spelling genius. The gent could use some PHOTOGRAPHY help and has reached out to the community. We all can take 10 ore 15 seconds of our precious time to figure out what he's asking and formulate a helpful response ..... or not. Instead of getting on his case about things not related to photography, offer him some help. Jeez.
