I need to contact Adobe. They send me messages that indicate I should download the latest version of ----------! I try to download whatever on my Mac and I get a message to type in my password. I don't have an Adobe password. So what's the problem? How do I contact them? Is there a phone # with an english speaking person who will answer? I doubt it!
In order to download trial versions of their software, you have to have an account with them. Sign up on the Adobe site, it's FREE, then you should have no problem downloading software.
I should have been able to figure this out myself but I did not and I thank you for the answer, it worked.
