Buy am I fed up with hearing about the Royal baby.

They come from money backgrounds, pampered, best medical help, never wanting for anything, don't pay business tax, and there are carers of the disabled, disabled, elderly who are starving

In reality, Christ, they are not even the rightful people/family on the throne of England

As an American I probably shouldn’t even comment but being me I will. I’ve never understood the fascination people have with celebrities, girls fainting and crying over the sight of Elvis Presley or the Beatles. I was watching the news regarding the royal baby and some girl on the street started crying when told of the pregnancy. I don’t understand the fascination with the royal family as from here they seem to be little more than rock stars. I know I’ll hear about all the good things they do but that’s really no more than Bill Gates, or Oprah and in all these cases they give out of their wealth, they make no sacrifices. Seems rather odd that society makes the sacrifices to support and provide the wealth these folks give away and then turn them into heroes….and so it goes.

I bet this baby will spitup, cry, wet and mess its diaper, just like every other baby.

You have as much right to comment as anyone else, I don't believe in this "this isn't your country" rubbish.

Whaaaaa! The royal couple seems to be doing a good job representing their generation and concentrating on humanitarian endeavors instead of the social parties of old. Give them a break, if you open you mind you will see a loving couple who has broken away from the self centered history of monarchy. U.S has lots to learn on the Brit ways of birthing, healthcare and time off. I for one am happy for them but not obsessed w this as more than a news story that will cool off in a few weeks. Much better than tragic stories that are over-followed and show court trials on tv.

We got rid of the King over 200 years ago. But, of course, we had guns.

Nothing against QEII, she's great, but when I learn about the excesses of the Edwardian era, and the class system in England, the people should've put it aside back when we and the French did.

JR1 Iv'e had to sit most of the night listening to the wife saying things like "Isn't she lovely" "I wish I was there" "I wonder what she will have" and other meaningless comments. When I ventured to make my thoughts known I was threatened with the tv remote being pushed into a certain sensitive body location!!!. I kept quiet as I don't have a spare one (remote that is)!!.

Obviously you have a spare wife then. I don't know if that is good or bad. How long have you been a Morman?
