John, you need to dip them in a light corn meal batter first! :shock:

When I was in the service I was up and down the east
coast from the Acadamy, Dam Creek, Norfolk but growing up on the Gulf Coast we always had them as a Po Boy.
they are good any way you eat them if you don't mess with them a lot. Keep it simple and enjoy the fine taste of crab meet.I have been to Norfolk too went to Old Dominion there when it was still a college. Colonial is on the Potomac river witch if a tributary of the Chesapeak Bay.
