Locate your local office of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). It will also be the office of the state and local associations. Go there and talk to the people who work there. They may let you put out a stack of cards or put up a notice on the bulletin board. If you do enough good jobs, you might even get on a list of available photographers (The list will include a strong disclaimer denying recommendation). You can even try to go to a general monthly meeting and pass out cards or brochures. Try to get a list of member agents and e-mail brochures. NOTE: Many NAR offices will not allow a forward approach; ask an employee about your options. It helps if you are a RealtorĀ®.
Thank you I will try that

Yeah, but I'll not mention them here due to the fact that I think one has to be careful. The site is more of an agency. They provide photo services to real estate offices throughout the U.S. They offer a good percentage of the amount they charge, but require that the first two assignments per month are do with no pay to the photographer.
Hell, if they saturate the area with photographers, they can provide a lot of photographs without incurring any cost to themselves. So, be careful when dealing with agencies, etc.

http://www.getphotographyjobs.com/There are several national companies hiring real estate photographers because the market is booming in some parts of the country right now. Oops, I didn't look at where you're located. You'll have to have some samples of photography you've done that kind of relates to their industry in some way but they're usually flexible because there's such a shortage and they teach you want they want to have done plus you get a day or two of in-person training with someone in a nearby city.
Don't expect to get paid the big bucks but it makes a nice part time income until you can build experience, get good at it, and build up a list of realtor contacts so you can start your own independent service and get paid twice as much for the same work.
