Greetings from St. Louis
Hi everyone,
I have perused UHH for a couple days and decided to join up. I'm happy to find an active and enthusiastic forum from which I hope to learn and share.
I consider myself an enthusiast and have found my niche in nature, whether on this planet or not.
I've been shooting primarily landscapes, cityscapes, astrophotos, general nature, and IR.
I have been wanting to get into people photography but from what I can tell it is a totally different beast and possible harder to work with. I'm sure I'll learn from you, I have already from just a few days of observing.
Below is an IR shot at Missouri Botanical Gardens. I also have a channel swapped version for the "blue sky effect". I look forward to sharing with you.

Welcome to the Hog Jim. I like your IR's. Between the two #2 is my favorite. ;)
Thanks Steve, David. I like the blue sky effect myself.
Welcome from a fellow Missourian. Great place to learn. I enjoyed you Waikiki post in addition to the botanical garden images. Look forward to more of your posts.
Welcome Jim. Cast my vote for the blue sky in your post.
You can learn a lot here and also enjoy yourself. In future post you may want to check the down load box so members can down load your photo especially if you want advice on what to do differently. Post equipment & settings.
Enjoy yourself, I know I have.
