What Kind of Birds Are These?

I took these pics today. The nests look like mud cones, and the birds are small and brown, bigger than hummingbirds. You can see the beaks of the birds in the nests if you look closely. Anyone know what they are?

These are Cliff Swallows. They'll nest under eaves and a lot under bridges. Also under cliff overhangs. Hence the name. Their tell tale white brow markings can clearly be seen in your first picture.

They appear to be barn swallows or cliff swallows:

They're not Barn Swallows, Mister Wilson. Their nests are cup shaped. These are gourd shaped. Only the Cliff builds these. Barn Swallows do not have white brows. Cliffs do. Even the ones in the video you provided are Cliff Swallows. Hope this helps.

We have House Martin's over here, that build the same kind of nest, but they are blue and white, and look like the swallow's.

In Maine we don't have many cliffs so we know them as eave swallows. Same species.
