This chap is a regular sight in Cambridge.
It is a real litter bin, he removes the inner bin then lowers the outer shell over himself.

It makes him different to the other buskers. The tourist are fascinated and he gets more money dropped in his hat than most buskers.

Hope his hat is in the bin with him...otherwise he couldn't stop the theft of it. Does he play well?

Wow Graham, super shot and a great mix of the scene as well as the mix of colors! Super Photo! But, how in the world does the sound, strings and voice resinate from the can? Is he sitting on a stool or is he on his knees? I'm hoping he is on a 3-legged milking stool!!
Good work Graham!

Thanks.
He sits on a stool or box, the sound is very good, he is an accomplished musician. I believe he has been busking in the bin for about eleven years... but he does take a break every fifteen minutes or so ;-)
PS: I have more shots of him, or to be precise, parts of him and the bin. I'll post them at a later date.

Looking forward to seeing more of the busker! Just curious, did you "enhance" the photo before you posted?

Just contrast adjustments in Nik Colour Efex Pro and sharpening.
