Taken with 7D and 24-70mm f2.8, tripod mounted. Exposed for 13 seconds at f 18 with ISO400. I used a flashlight to paint in the foreground. Taken at about 8:30pm as the sun set behind the building.

Nice contrasting white balances. Seeing a lot of noise though. Maybe try 100 ISO and f8 or 11. Was this RAW or cooked in camera?
