These are some of the portraits from my last shoot with my younger grandchildren.
Isabella is 8 months old.

I have never tried really young children portraits.My youngest have been 5 years old and can somewhat follow posing instructions.Tell me,how did you get that shot of Isabella holding the umbrella?

She is not very mobile yet so we gave her the umbrella to hold while she was sitting on the floor. I snapped several shots while she was playing with it. Her mother was beside me talking to her and getting her to smile and giggle. Actually she was easier than her brother, with the hat.
