Large company, proclaiming that use foreign talent because there are none in the nation.
To solve this problem the Congress decides to raise the interest of the student loans.
God Bless America

I guess then what the large company is saying is that our education system is failing as it operates now so some changes need to be made. Where would you suggest we start assuming higher interest rates on student loans is not acceptable.

Seems pretty obvious that as Indian and other Asians are kicking Americans butts in engineering, medical and legal professions the problem is simple. The teachers are not adequately teaching or the students are not learning.
Why not dissolve the DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION an let the States deal with their own education systems. As it should be.
Eliminate Common Core. Watch American education rise to the potential of which they are capable.

Bruce ; I am not sure if dissolving the DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION we can solve the nuisance, neither States deal with their own education systems.
Nor India, neither China has such structure neither the resurces we have on education.

Did you image if every State has its own Army.?

There are much better solution .

For you to understand where the succes of india is root I post a link:
The Ramakrishna Math is administered by a Board of Trustees.

It does not mean that we can adopt such structure India still has to do more to solve its need, but if you understand the moral principle of the administration thing will be easy to you to understand our main problems.
Good luck in your research

I totally agree with you Bruce, put education back into the hands of the state which in turn will give the local communities more control and eliminate cumbersome bureaucracy that is far more detrimental than helpful.

Pepper; I don't know if all state has the same problem that floridian has which is the case I had study well , the problem in Florida can be solve inmidiately with only one step, and it is abolishing residencial property taxes.
The despifaro and embezzlement are unsustainable for not to mention the lack of vision on programs.

Ditto on getting rid of the Department of Education!

I have worked around a lot of people in the medical field, from India and other countries. They are not highly educated, in my experience. It was rather "scary." These days it is "scary" in any hospital as most staff is incompetent. Some doctors that had "real educations" are the only ones that know what they are doing.

Because of a shortage of doctors, there is a new program. High School grads can go through TWO-YEAR's training and come out M.D.s! No residency or practice, this is nothing but, "bookwork." All I can say is, "take care of yourselves because it is very dangerous to be sick." Can you hardly wait for obammiecare..

TheeGambler; The nuisance on medical, is not from where you come from. The problem is that medicine is not a real science, the only persons whose knows it well are malpracis victims.
I rethink your problems or doubt, can be solve with a click of a mouse.
Deliting Congress, Senate, Judical and beging from cero again.

Government should get out of it all! They don't need to be in Education, Business or the Spy Business. Government's job (Which is the only thing it is NOT doing) is to protect our sovereignty (including borders.)

The States are sovereign entities and need to take back the powers usurped by the Federal Government. And, get rid of the Federal Reserve (which is privately owned by the wealthiest world elites.) They have nothing to do with our government, these people are not our representative nor are they elected. But the FR owns this country because it owns and controls our currency. They print themselves all the dollars they want, when they want. We have no control over how much money they make "out of thin air." But, Americans must make that money "good" no matter the amount. They have been stealing wealth from Americans for over a Hundred years. No wonder they are the wealthiest people on earth.

And, to another point, it might just be a good thing for States to have their own standing armies.. They all have State National Guards. There may be a time when States will need to protect themselves. And, what is up with these Russian soldiers and the secret contract that Nappytano has signed to bring these Russian Combat units into our country?? They are trained in "civil unrest and disaster crowd control." Nappy thinks there is a "disaster" coming and they will need the help....? These Russians won't have any problem with shooting Americans.

That sounds a bit far-fetched. Where can a High School grad become an MD with two year's training?

Speaking of malpractice. Wife is a radiologist. I suffered 2 surgical mishaps. Hip replacement, surgeon tried to lengthen my leg and perm damage to sciatic nerve. Wrist surgery performed, now have had the fourth to remedy the problem. Performed at a noted hospital for which I have respect. The surgeon of course is another thing. Be careful, ask a lot of questions. Good idea to video the pre-surgical meeting. Eliminates he said. Every body dummies up later. I think the wrist will be o.k. The leg and foot, never.

You don't like anything I post and I am not getting into a brawl with you like last time...

I know someone in the new government medical program and, NO, there is no link to "his story." So don't even bother asking.. If I wanted you to know more, I would have told you. Just the fact that the program exists is enough! You can ignore this post if you think that it is "far-fetched." I don't think, with the things going on in this country, anything is too "far-fetched." But, that is just me.
