I find sport photography a real challenge. I need to work on that more. I am always unhappy with my shots. Do you have any secrets?

Well I'm still learning sports ...marcomarks has actually been helping as far as the settings. The pics. I took today was at 1/500th shutter....ISO 800..f stop 11 and they turned out pretty good. Outside shots seem to easier than gym shots.

Sorry- I haven't been on for awhile...these are great sport shots. I agree that outside is much easier than inside shots for sports..at least for me. I am going to a game on Friday evening. I think I will do some practicing. Thanks for your help.

These are great portraits, very professional looking. You have captured the mood for each. I would like to improve my people photography and have a long ways to go, mainly exposure settings. Any tips/suggestions?

I try and chase the light..make sure their faces are lit up. I also try and shoot morning hours 6-10am and evening 5-8pm for the golden lighting colors.
