It would have worked just as well without the racist overtone:
A guy calls in to work and says, "Hey, boss I can't come in to work today. I'm really sick. I've got at headache, a stomach ache and my legs hurt. I can't make it in today.
The boss says, "You know, I really need you today. When I feel like this I go to my wife and tell her to give me sex. That makes everything better and I can go to work. You should try that."
Two hours later the guy calls again: "Boss, I did what you said and feel great. I'll be at work soon".
"By the way, you've got a really nice house."

Unintentioned racism. When you unnecessarily mention someone's race or ethnicity, and then mock the way they speak, it's unintentioned racism.

I though it was a cute joke I enjoyed it, I did not see it as racist at all, What I take issue with and what makes me tired is people that are looking to be offended at anything and everything. I think that it is sad that their lives are so empty the only thing that seams to make them feel better is public bulling and chastising of anyone that by accident offends them.
I believe that a racist statement is when someone takes the bad attributes of one person and applies it to all of the people of that race, for example ..............they are all lazy , ............they all stink, if you are talking about one person that is lazy or they stink no mater what race they are if you are being truthful, it is not racist it is just a matter of fact and the opinion of that person.
