Great video. Don't fly fish much anymore. Locally when the Bow River runs clean after the run off in late July through the fall, the fly fishing for Browns and Rainbows is awesome...

Excellent. One of the sharpest Youtube vids I have seen.

Glad you and Nosleep enjoyed it...I think it's actually a trailer for a full length video (professionally done). That would explain the quality.

I loved seeing the trout rise and take the fly.
Me too. I also like watching him cast that line (very smooth and accurate). I fish for smallmouth bass with fly rods in the streams we have around middle tenn. However, I do think that trout are some of the most beautiful freshwater fish.

Use to love to Fly Fish, still would. But I can't wade anymore, back gone out.
Casting where I live, has to become an art. Here in the Smokies, it doesn't leave you with much room for mistakes. So I will say I can match him, and that is only an overhead cast. I would have to see more to be truly impressed. But the fish is great.
Biggest thing I ever caught in our small streams, was a 24 inch Brown. Well not counting a bunch of 5lb smalmouth bass, from the river. But that was with a #9 - 9.5 foot rod. :)
Sounds like a lot of fun. I have fished the Smoky Mountains before a enjoyed it. 2 Weeks ago I was in Sevierville fishing the Little Pigeon. Caught 8 Smallmouth in 2 hours. Nothing very large. Maybe 1 1/2 lb.
