I am attempting to retrieve an archived discussion, but am unable to come up with the correct clue to access the session. It was someone's response to an inquiry statement about starting a photography business. The individual that responded supplied a link to a website/person that had DVD's or downloads that covered all the various aspects of starting, marketing, etc. a photography (real any type business) business. I went to the site at the time, but did not pursue it at that time. This occurred within the last 4-6 weeks. If anyone is familiar with the website that I am referencing, or knows of a good one that covers the business aspect from soup to nuts, please let me know. Thanks, David
I actually remember the thread but couldnt find it either. I think it had to do with contracts or releases and tried to search those words.
Other options are:
Check out The American Society of Media Photographers @
www.asmp.organd/or
Look at The Photo Argus @
www.thephotoargus.comIf you look back through thier archives, you'll find at least 2 dealing with tips and forms for starting your own photo business.
Good Luck

Thanks for the effort. I know that I saw it--when I find it, I will re-post it. Thanks for looking.

I don't know the thread but try clicking on History in your browser and you should be able to go back as far as months to find any link you have clicked on and viewed - unless you clear your history regularly - then it won't work.

Thanks--unfortunately, I clear the history regularly. But a good word! Maybe it will keep me from cleaning so much!!

If you can think of the first letter of the site name, maybe your browser auto-fill will bring it in! Clearing history doesn't necessarily get rid of the auto-fill list.
