Been trying to capture bees as they come and go on Rose of Sharon. Seems like focus on bee is near impossible, and I don't think my flash synchs fast enough. Still having fun trying. Anybody have any tips? thanks

Those are nice pics, but as you indicate the bee is a little out of focus. The flower in itself is in focus and makes a good picture. Unless you change settings to increase depth of focus, the only solution I can think of is to set the focus a small fraction closer than the flower and start a burst of shots when the bumble bee is approaching the Rose of Sharon.

bunuweld, thanks for looking and for tips. Sorry to admit it but I did not even think of using burst mode. Thanks again!
