We've had a good bit of rain here in MN and it is helping the drought. BUT I feel sorry for the people on this lake as many other probably have the same problem.
Park on the other side from the boat landing.
Other side looking toward the boat ramp, better view of how far from shoreline the water came up to.
Hardcore fisher people wading to the edge of lake.
Water close to parking lot, normally 50 yards to lake side.
Table and chair for 2 but don't slip off the dock on the way.
I hope the rain dries up fast and goes down I don't think you need rain too soon. We still need rain the grass is brown . We got rain last night but by today its already dry . I am so worried about fires .We still have drought

I can tell you one thing Gregory; the mosquitoes didn't drown
It rained for 4 hours this morning in Chicago (hard with lots of thunder). We don't have a drought to end, but do have plenty of flooding and a landslide along one of the commuter train tracks ... from all that green, looks like things are health now up there.
We do have enough rain as far as I am concerned and I know you need rain up in Bemidji. That is my home town and I've been talking about the lack of rain with my father who is still in town there. He say's it is like the clouds just separate and go north and south of town every time it rains there. I hope you get some soon. Thanks for looking and commenting.

They are in full force this year AGAIN. The helicopter just flew over last night to spray for the little blood suckers again last night. I can't imagine what they would be like if they didn't spray. I hope all is well out in your area and that you enjoy the rest of the summer.

Thanks for looking and commenting CHG_CANON. We don't need to worry here in the Twin cities but up north there are many areas that are real dry with worries about fire danger. I would gladly let them have our share of the rain we've got lately.
