Is this straight from the camera, if not what have you done to it? The picture is really good, subject, setting and composition all really good. The shot appears to be somewhat washed out, has no crispness or snap. The leaves are all new and bright green here they appear dull.
It's a real good shot just needs a bit of work.

As I said above, it has a lot going for it as is. Well done!

I would not buy it. Soon it will need siding and windows.

lt's a beautiful shot all around but I agree it needs a little snap.

Hope you don't mind. I added a little contrast and snapped up the colors a bit. See what you think.

it is a nice shot but as pointed out a little washed out
--is it possible that you can go back to the same place and re-take the shot with out the leaves that are on the right hand side--personally I feel they take away the reflection of the building-if that is your main subject
hope you are not offended --it is just my personal view BUT it is a nice image

I like this photo and what jimmya did with it by bumping up the contrast a bit. There are two more things I would do with it. I would rotate it just a bit clockwise. Also the upper left corner is a bit "hot." you could add vignetting or move the "recovery" slider to the right to minimize that bright spot.

UP-2-IT has a good point. I would like to apologize if I have offended klbuild. Any tweaks that I made to the photo were done strictly for the purpose of illustrating my suggestions.

Thats the way most of us are, it's hard not to do it but better not if we don't. I've seen some get really bent out of shape because a member changed their post. Pesonally I always ask for C&C, comments & critique. If someone wants to copy and make changes just ask first.
