I saw these 2 bald eagles in the tree and in the tree on the left is another eagle. The first photo is wide angle to show all 3 in the same area. The 2nd and 3rd photos are of a young bald eagle? or not.

Young bald eagle?

I don't think that last guy is a juvi bald eagle - looks more like a hawk of some type or perhaps an osprey. But I could be wrong.

I have a dead tree across the river from my back yard that's like the local Motel 6 for birds around here - I've counted as many as 6 blue herons in it at one time, and two bald eagles.

It could well be - the pix I've seen of juvie bald eagles, they're mostly ALL Brown, with not so much white..but it could well be one.

EDIT - Google is my friend. I've just been looking around and I think you're correct - it IS a juvenile B/E. I stand corrected.

Looks more like a red tailed hawk. Maybe a young one? Or it could be a Golden Eagle. But I am really thinking it is a second year Bald Eagle!!!!!!! Ya, that's it!

Looks too brown but, bald eagles begin getting the white at age 4-6 years.

This is a juvie eagle I took this summer. Comparing it to PhotsbyHenrys shot, I think he may be right. I also could be wrong, of course.

I do not believe the 3rd picture is an eagle. Juvenile eagles can have their juvenile plumage for 5 to 7 years,or so I've been told

Looks like a Kreiter (not sure about the spelling) Red Tailed hawk. I saw and photographed one. A friend identified it. It is native to the mid west I saw it on the snake river east of Pasco WA.
